What is your turnaround time?

Once we have shot the property our standard turn around time for just photography is 24 hours. In a bit of a rush? Reach out, we always do our best to accomidate each realtors needs, as we understand the real estate indsutry moves fast!

What happens if it is raining?

In the case on inclemint weather we will work with you to reschedule, we will never force a rainy day shoot, unless you need it.
In the case of overcast we can add blue skies, so if its not that perfect day- have no fear! We add beautiful blue skies so no one will know the difference!

Will you edit my photos or do I receive the raw images?

Clear View Real Estate Media has one of the most in-depth editing processes for a standard photo shoot in the industry. We have a detailed editing process to ensure every photo is to our standards and consistent.

Yes! Our single listing websites are a great way to gain exposure for your listing. They are designed to be fresh and contemporary, because no one wants a website that feels bland and dated. The home is vacant, what are my options?

We offer virtual staging with a massive inventory of furniture and decor to match any properties style. Both single photo and batch photo options are available.

Do you offer aerial (drone) photos?

Yes we are Part 107 certified through the FAA and do offer both aerial photography and videography services that will help buyers see your listings at a new height.
