Hi, I'm Shania Jackson – the owner behind Clear View Real Estate Media.

I’m a real estate photographer and videographer based in Fuquay-Varina, NC, and I’ve had a camera in my hand since I was a kid. My parents gave up on buying disposable cameras and finally got me a little point-and-shoot—probably the best decision they ever made for my creativity. I photographed everything from fruit bowls to frost-covered windows, falling in love with the way light tells a story.

After joining the Army, my first two purchases as an adult were a car and a camera, because I knew photography would always be a part of my life. I started out photographing families, but my real passion revealed itself when I stepped into the world of homes. Real estate and architectural photography felt like second nature to me. Every floorplan, corner, and shadow presents a new challenge—and I love bringing out the beauty in all of it.

My journey into real estate media officially began when I helped a friend who was struggling to sell his home. The listing photos he had just weren’t cutting it, so I offered to help. My photos went up—and within a week, he had multiple offers. That moment sparked something big. I knew I could turn this passion into something powerful.
